
Who am I?
Hello, I’m Emma, founder of Nurtured Self Therapies.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we come into deeper relationship with ourselves — not just through thought, but through felt experience. I’m passionate about integrating therapeutic traditions in a way that honours the mind, body and soul. Whether I’m holding space in therapy, teaching yoga, or blending oils for a client, I bring presence, care, and curiosity to the work.
I have worked with people navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, transitions, loss, and self-discovery. What links all of these experiences is the need to feel safe, seen, and supported — and that’s what I aim to offer.
